Reward China for pushing the envelope magically into a supertanker of new an imaginative ways to profit from Human rights violations.  Reward Alqaedan Kosovo and Albania for the same.  The U.S. A. ought to hang its head in shame over these things.  Condileeza and the Bushes are on a wild tangent here I can't fathom.
