Some how the doctor or Ubangi (or Hindi or Shaman)abortion-technician pushing and twisting his bellows through and past your murdering mothers distended labia gets a twinkle in his demonic eye and, your head in his sadistic pliers from hell, he gives the coup de grace and your pain stops as your head explodes, crushed to be whisked away by the vacuum curette with its four corners like the cross.
