Not only did Barroa and Manny Rev it up for the Dodgers, But they had their best foray into the playoffs in who knows how long. Question? Why should I invest my time and effort, heart and soul, into following the Dodgers when they are only able to invest one year or two in Manny and can’t learn any lessons from last year re: Barroa and Furcal? Now we have a 8 year $140MM contract! That should make anyone happy, shouldn’t it? If not, I’ll be stuck with only one team to root for, Angels!
