Mark 10:13 Do we understand Jesus' mission at all?

Then some children were brought to Him so that He might lay His hands on them and pray; and the disciples rebuked them.

Children are brought to church and holy men that they might receive the Lord Jesus from our perspective.  From Jesus' perspective, He calls the children to himself that He might receive them and impart salvation to them.  At the same time they are mutually admired and blessed in each other.
 

But, alas, rejection rebuke and interference from his own diciples.

Are we balaboring under the weight of an accountability doctrine that proffers teachings of men and reject God's clear teachings
