The 9/11 debacle was absolutely foreseeable by the aircraft industry! To neglect risk analysis to foresee it is
criminal negligence at worst and a negligent tort at best. Put your self in the position of a risk manager reporting
to the president of an airline. Surely the 9/11 scenario would come up.
How safe is air travel even without a terror threat?
Pcs are always hearing some moron media announcer say it is safer to get on a jet than to start up your
car. The industry uses accidents per million passenger miles as its comparison standard. That is 500 flights.
That is also 200,000 average car trips! Fly less! It is not as safe as many would have you believe.
