Challenge Roe again!! We need to be artfully informed to strike the abortion rulings down. For instance, Europe just rejected Roe! Recently a slew of liberal judges and justices opined they want to use Europe and other foreign courts for our legal brief recitals and basis for opinions. There we have it. Not only did Europe say their states, like Ireland in particular, can make up their own minds on protecting their gullible citizens from the breast cancer, guilt and own bodily harm from abortion, but Europe even went the opposite way from recent U.S. changes. They established a Europe wide right of conscience which our Obamacare statutes robbed from us. As Europe veers away from forcing it's jurisdictions and medipros to do abortions, we codify mandatory abortion regulations for all 52 states and jurisdictions through Obamacare. This new European jurisprudence is plenty of reason to challenge Roe again at law!!
